Hi, I’m Michael. I’m the owner of FloodMaster and am passionate about helping people to get through emergency flood response situations. I know how stressful it can be, and I’m here to help and to take the worry out of the situation for you, while I take care of the hard stuff.
We are here to help you when your home, unit, or workplace has been flooded. We service the Sydney Metro area and beyond, and are here 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to help you with your flooding emergency.

Switch off the source of flooding and call us, on 0468 874 368, at any time of day. We have emergency plumbers to assist if needed.
We send out technicians
We'll have one of our technicians on their way to you immediately, to begin assessment, water extraction, and installation of drying equipment. There is no upfront payment required.
We complete the work and prepare reports
We use our specialist knowledge and equipment to typically return your property to its former condition. We submit reports for insurance.

No two jobs are the same, and we ensure that we do our best to suit every circumstance, and ensure that restoration is completed with the most efficiency.
All Locations
FloodMaster is based in the Inner West of Sydney, and are therefore able to service many areas, from Sydney metro, to The Blue Mountains, Wollongong or Central Coast to Newcastle. We typically have a less than 1 hour emergency response time for the Greater Sydney area.
Convenience
We are also familiar with the constraints of having to vacate your property, whether it be your home or business, and can offer a solution in most circumstances, that will allow you to remain in place whilst restoration occurs.
Managing Multiple Parties
As there are often more than one material interested parties involved when flood damage occurs, we always ask questions and assess each situation to ensure that we are ensuring the most efficient and trouble-free restoration to your premises. Liability can often be a complex matter. When the question of liability arises, with our years of experience, we are able to guide all parties involved throughout the process.
